What a Night is a validation-stage service for creating and saving curated, place-based video journeys. Features, available regions and access limits may change while the service is being tested.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

Third-party videos

Videos are hosted and supplied by third parties, including YouTube. Availability, content and playback may change or disappear outside What a Night's control. What a Night does not claim ownership of third-party videos.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, scrape protected functionality, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights or law.

Availability and changes

The validation service is provided on an as-available basis. We may correct, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated appropriately; renewed acceptance may be requested where required.

Privacy

Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookies & technologies notice.

The service provider will make reasonable efforts to respond to complaints within 30 days.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

If you use the service as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of the country in which you normally reside.

Dispute resolution

Users are encouraged to contact the service provider first so that any complaint or dispute can be resolved directly.

Where applicable under consumer protection law, consumers may also contact the competent consumer protection authority, a Hungarian conciliation body, or another competent alternative dispute resolution body.

Nothing in these Terms limits the user's right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Service availability and liability

The service is currently provided as a validation-stage service. Features, available regions, video selections and access conditions may change.

The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party videos and services, including YouTube content, may become unavailable or change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
